Los Angeles (That Happened!) - A California judge has ruled that Britney Spears’ dad will remain in control of her estate.
Jamie Spears was named permanent conservator of the pop star’s affairs, a move which Brit herself supports.
The Superior Court Commissioner, Reva Goetz, stated “The court finds the proposed permanent conservatorship is necessary and appropriate”.
Permanent doesn’t actually mean permanent — Britney can regain control of her affairs so long as doctors deem her fit.
Her dad was put in control after Britney was hospitalized twice earlier this year.
