Chicago - The suspect in the Jennifer Hudson family slayings will remain in jail.
A judge decided that there was enough evidence to hold William Balfour in custody until a December 3 hearing.
Jennifer’s former brother-in-law has not been charged him with the murders, but he remains a “person of interest” in the October 24th murders of the actress’ mother, brother and nephew.
Another parole hearing has been set for Dec. 3.
