Los Angeles - Heidi Montang’s mother Darlene Egelhoff has spoken out against her daughters marriage to Spencer Pratt.

Egelhoff, 46 even goes as far to say that Spencer has been drugging her daughter.

“He’s manipulative and seems to have power over Heidi. I would like to see a blood test from Mexico. It wouldn’t surprise me if he had her drugged,” Egelhoff told Us Weekly.

Egelhoff, 46, explained, “Spencer has tried to cut everyone out of her life. I’ve been honest with Heidi, and it’s caused our relationship to decline. I’m more devastated about that than the marriage, because I’m confident the marriage won’t work out.”

“She was my Velcro, always attached to me. I want the best for my daughter - and he’s definitely not it. I think Spencer wants to possess Heidi more than marry her.”

Montag’s mother doesn’t have high expectations for the couples long-term future either.

“Six months,” she said. “I think it’s the biggest mistake Heidi’s ever made.”

This isn’t the first Montag’s mom and her man have expressed their dislike for one-another. Egelhoff and Pratt have had it out on camera during the taping of “The Hills”.

“God says love your enemies, but I never expected it to be my son-in-law,” she bristles. “[I give the marriage] six months. I think it’s the biggest mistake Heidi’s ever made.”

Pratt says his mother-in-law needs to “take a chill-pill” and be happy for her daughter.
