Los Angeles - After two-year-old Jayden's dramatic hospitalization on Sunday, a crucial update has been posted on Britney Spears's website. "Hats my prerogative: Britney wears wooly hat at rehearsal!" Such a relief to know Britney's whimsical fashion sense remains unshaken during these difficult times.
In other news, Jayden was hospitalized with a food allergy.

New York - As announced Wednesday by Ryan Seacrest on his radio show, both Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake performed with Madonna at her concert at Dodger Stadium Thursday night.
However, the former couple didn’t take the stage together.
After three hours of delay due to lighting problems, Britney took the stage first singing the third song of the night “Human Nature”.
Justin came on later and performed the song that he and Madonna wrote/sang for her Hard Candy album called “4 Minutes”.

New York - Exes Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake are expected share the stage tonight, when Madonna’s Sticky and Sweet tour stops in L.A.
“They are going to be onstage performing with Madonna,” Us quoted Seacrest as saying. “If Justin and Britney end up on that stage with her … I don’t know if I’ve ever seen anything quite like that before.”
Both Britney and Justin have previously collaborated individually with Madonna.

Los Angeles (That Happened!) - A California judge has ruled that Britney Spears’ dad will remain in control of her estate.
Jamie Spears was named permanent conservator of the pop star’s affairs, a move which Brit herself supports.
The Superior Court Commissioner, Reva Goetz, stated “The court finds the proposed permanent conservatorship is necessary and appropriate”.
Permanent doesn't actually mean permanent -- Britney can regain control of her affairs so long as doctors deem her fit.

Los Angeles - After more than two days deliberating, a jury in Van Nuys, California couldn’t reach a unanimous decision in Britney Spears’ trial.
Ten of the twelve jurors voted not guilty which wasn’t enough so the judge declared a mistrial and dismissed all criminal charges against the 26 year-old.
Spears’ was charged with driving without a valid California drivers license after a hit and run incident last year where she hit a parked car and left.

“Womanizer” broke another record after being downloaded 286,000 times, making it the biggest opening week for any female artist.
