New York - This week the House will pass an expansion of the State’s Children’s Health Insurance Program. This is very good news for children. President George W. Bush has not been impressed by the program because he has vetoed it two times during his presidency.

New York - In a report released Friday, it is being said that a program that is supposed to help those who are unemployed be able to afford health insurance is so expensive that it really is unaffordable.
