New York - McDonald’s is being sued for three million dollars by a man and his wife.
Phillip Sherman left behind his cell phone in a Fayetteville McDonald’s in July. Fayetteville is located in the state of Arkansas.

New York - A lawsuit was filed against McDonalds in late November due to an incident with a customer's cell phone. Philip Sherman left his cell phone at the fast food restaurant, located in Fayetteville Arkansas, which incidentally contained nude photos of his wife, Tina Sherman.
