Washington - The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has released a report revealing that Mississippi has the highest teen birth rate in the entire country.
The new report is based on a review of all the birth certificates in 2006. in the year 2006 to see which states had the highest levels. 26 states saw an increase.
