New York - A new study has found that people who do not get enough sleep at night are more likely to develop calcifications in their coronary arteries. This might increase their chances of getting heart disease.
The scientific study involved four hundred and ninety five participants. The study participants were instructed to fill out and complete sleep questionnaires. They were also asked to keep a log that would document how many hours they were in bed sleeping.
